Cotton fabric dyed with plants from the nightshade family, cotton thread, and felt. 7 cm x 10 cm.

Here I wait for you in the cold wet winter that doesn't want to end. Flipping through pages of books, scrolling through archives of images, while listening to anything and everything that speaks your name. Aching to meet you, so I keep my hands busy - one embroidered portrait per week to count down the weeks until you break through the soil. 9 weeks so far, how many more to go?
