Soil explores the ongoing side effects of hormonal birth control. Upon its invention in the 1960s, the drug has sparked several worldwide debates. It is now widely accepted by the western world and used by millions of women. Women who often choose to focus on the high peaks over the canyons that the medication creates, ignoring nausea, migraines, and other symptoms that they are assured will pass. Do they ever pass? Or does it just become part of our routine?
